Calvera Living Vase Relief Sculpture II

Inspired by ancient Greco-Roman silhouettes, this vase relief piece calls back to traditional sculpture methods where artists would carve into slabs of stone to reveal forms of figures, scenes and history. Reinterpreted in paper mache and pared back with minimal shadowbox framing details.
