At Maple and Main, we curate designer-grade furnishings to help turn your new house into a home. Because our collections are sourced directly from premier wholesale partners, we adhere to a structured return policy to maintain our competitive pricing and logistical efficiency.
15-Day Return Window
We want you to love your space. If a selection doesn't quite fit your vision, you have 15 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return.
Restocking Fee
All eligible returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. This fee covers the specialized logistics required to transport, inspect, and process high-end furniture. This amount will be deducted from your final refund.
Return Eligibility & Condition
Items must be in original, as-new condition.
Original shipping and delivery fees are non-refundable.
Final Sale Items (Non-Returnable)
To guarantee the highest standards of hygiene and quality for all our clients, the following categories are Final Sale and cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded:
Textiles & Soft Goods: All area rugs, throw blankets, and accent pillows.
Bedding: Mattresses, linens, and duvet covers.
Damaged or Defective Items
In the rare event that an item arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos and notify our logistics team within 48 hours of delivery. We will work swiftly to provide a replacement or resolution at no additional cost to you.
